Week One - Thursday

In this studio we were able to unpack our 9 matrixes that we completed looking at the three headings Sports&Recreation; Food&Drink and Arts&Culture. This was done by splitting up into group sharing out ideas which I found really helpful as ideas were bounced off each other. I found it helpful as collectively we could decided what our strongest idea was. Mine resulted in being 'The best places to Drink a Gin and Tonic' From this idea my group members also suggested how the symbol of the juniper gin flower would work well and the exploration of ingredients would create good imagery.

My idea at the moment is looking at three different atmospheres to drink a Gina and Tonic:
1: The Arborist Rooftop bar
2: The Library
3: Denzien Urban Distillery

I have been to both the Arborist and the library multiple times but this weekend I will go to the Urban Distillery to experience Gin tasting and gather research. I will also make sure I get to the library and the arborist to understand the atmosphere further.
